The SELTZ Constructions group was built on strong convictions, shared by our 50 employees as well as by our clients. The desire to undertake ambitious projects, a key driving force, combined with the passion for industry, which has guided the fundamental choices of our development, allowed the group to make a turnover of nearly 7.5 million Euros in 2013.

SELTZ Constructions groups together all building trades and puts the experience of a team of more than 50 employees at your disposal, attentive to your needs. From earth moving to building, our teams are trained to provide you with sound, lasting solutions for each type of construction whatever the area, complying with delivery deadlines. Each project is carried out like a specific, priority operation. For any realisation, whatever the importance, we make showing our expertise a point of honour and use it as a reference.
While Seltz Constructions is recognised as a structural works specialist, today it boasts great qualities for the realisation, in conception and general contracting, of operations in such diverse sectors as schools, hospitals, sporting complexes, multi-family or single-family housing, restoration, real estate development, the creation of offices, shops, industrial premises, agricultural and viticultural buildings… On the private as well as on the public market, Seltz Constructions will find solutions to make your projects a genuine success.

Respect for the environment is a constant pursuit of our teams that look to limit the impact of sites both on the nearby environment as on the residents as much as possible. An illustration of this commitment that guides us from the design to the completion of all projects is that inert waste from each of our sites are recovered and stored to then be crushed in view of their repurposing and re-use.
The other types of waste (common industrial waste, plastic, wood…) are sorted and removed in authorised waste disposal units. The materials from the systematic cleaning of our sites are also sorted to be used by our teams again on other projects.
